About Sarah

My journey in real estate began in 2002 when I purchased my first investment property. From that moment on, I was hooked — I wanted to learn everything I could about real estate. I enrolled in courses at the Appraisal Institute in Baltimore, where I gained valuable experience in evaluating and determining the market value of residential and income-producing properties. From 2005 to 2008, I worked as a licensed appraiser.

After the birth of my first child, Alice, in 2008, I took some time off to focus on raising my family. I am now the proud mother of four wonderful children — Alice, Tilghman, Gibson, and Pembroke.

In 2016, I returned to the real estate industry as a licensed agent with Long & Foster. My reentry was both exciting and rewarding — I quickly found success, earning third place in our region as a top producer in my very first year. In 2022, I co-founded The M Group of Long & Foster with my business partner, Steve Manning. I am honored to be a member of Long & Foster’s Top Producer’s Chairman’s Club and a RamseyTrusted real estate agent, distinctions that reflect my commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service.

I primarily serve clients throughout Baltimore, Harford, and Carroll Counties in Maryland, as well as York County, Pennsylvania. I believe deeply in educating my clients, maintaining honesty and transparency, and ensuring that they never feel pressured — only supported. Listening carefully to each client’s goals allows me to provide a personalized experience that leads to confident decisions and successful outcomes.

I truly love what I do and am so grateful for the opportunity to serve my clients each and every day. I currently reside in Monkton, Maryland, where I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, volunteering at my church, and pursuing my passion for aviation
